Here is how sourcing works when you buy from China-based manufacturers through GoodsAxis. We are a sourcing partner for businesses that buy on volume. However, we do not publish prices, because they depend on quantity, specification and destination. Instead, we quote each order individually.
How sourcing works in four steps
- Add products to your inquiry list. First, browse the product catalog. Then use the Request A Free Quote button on anything you want priced. You do not need an account.
- Submit your requirements. Next, open your list on the quote request page. Then submit the quantity, the specifications and your shipping destination.
- Receive your quote. Our team replies by email within 12–24 hours. Each reply also gives you pricing and lead time for your exact order.
- Approve and pay securely. Once you approve the quote, we send you a secure Stripe payment link. Finally, you complete your order online.

What to include in your inquiry
A complete inquiry gives us what we need to price your exact order. For example, include these details for each product:
- The quantity you need
- The specifications, such as material, size or finish
- The destination where the goods should go
Destination matters because it affects the price. If you are unsure about a detail, say so in your inquiry. Alternatively, contact our sales team before you submit.
What a quote contains
Each quote lists pricing and lead time for the order you described. Because the price depends on your quantity, specification and destination, similar orders can price differently.
